What's Madoo AI and how does it work?
Madoo is an AI email template design company. It's built for marketers and agencies that don't want to keep using drag-and-drop tools and want to create professional email templates with professional specialized AI tools.
Can I change my plan, and is there a free trial?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. To get a 7-day free trial, reserve it with the same email you'll use to sign up, then choose a plan after logging in. Without a reserved trial, checkout charges immediately.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link from Settings → Refer & earn. You earn 100 credits each time someone you invite subscribes to a paid plan. Inviting people who stay on the free plan — or who only start a trial — doesn't earn credits; the reward lands once they're actually charged.
How do credits work?
1 AI message costs 1 credit. Creating a template from scratch costs 1 credit, and each message you send to edit that template also costs 1 credit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing & usage. Open the page below, find the "Your plan" card, and click "Cancel plan". You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

Who owns the project and code?
You completely own the AI-generated code. You can use it wherever you need, in any project or workflow.
What if I don't find my export provider?
If you don't find your provider, you can report it inside the platform with the add provider button.
